How do I track my order?

When do you expect back ordered products to go back into stock?

Back ordered products are items that are usually in high demand. We are constant in dialogue with our production facility into order to maintain optimum levels of efficiency in regards to getting all unavailable products back out to our valued customers. I can't find an item I ordered last time, what happened to it?

Escents is constantly seeking to improve its product line. If a product you are looking for no longer shows in our product listings online, please contact us and we'll let you know if the product you're searching for is still available.

I have a problem with my product, what is your return policy?

Please contact us immediately if you experience any problems with your purchase. We will be happy to refund or exchange any products that are unused and undamaged within 1 month of the purchase date. A refund or exchange will require that you send your unused / undamaged product back to us. Well be more than happy to provide you with more detailed instructions upon your inquiry.
