What currency are your prices in?
We are located in Vancouver, Canada and all of our prices are in Canadian dollars. The difference in exchange will be reflected on your credit card statement if you are ordering from outside of Canada.

How do I track my order?

When do you expect back ordered products to go back into stock?
Back ordered products are items that are usually in high demand. We are constant in dialogue with our production facility into order to maintain optimum levels of efficiency in regards to getting all unavailable products back out to our valued customers. We recommend that you keep checking our web site for the availability of the product you're interested in.
I can't find an item I ordered last time, what happened to it?
Escents is constantly seeking to improve its product line. If a product you are looking for no longer shows in our product listings online, please contact us and we'll let you know if the product you're searching for is still available.
Keep in mind that Escents retail stores have the the ability to custom blend, or, you can even create your own custom scented products.

Escents is a Canadian based manufacturer and retailer with retail locations worldwide. British Columbia serves home to 10 outlets as well as our Head Office. We've spread our wings across the globe and also support over 30 retail locations in Taiwan.

I have a problem with my product, what is your return policy?
Please contact us immediately if you experience any problems with your purchase. We will be happy to refund or exchange any products that are unused and undamaged within 1 month of the purchase date. A refund or exchange will require that you send your unused / undamaged product back to us. Well be more than happy to provide you with more detailed instructions upon your inquiry.
