I combined Peppermint, Lavender and many other essential oils into a roll-on to use externally where the pain relief is needed. I roll it onto my forehead and back of the neck.

To further deal with my headaches, I also use Headache Relief Roll-on as a massage oil to rub my temples, the nape of my neck, and upper shoulders.
