Strengthening Our Commitment to a Greener World
Escents, in support and respect for our planet and future generations, is formally announcing its intention to transform itself through a variety of different activities into a "green and eco-friendly" company.
There are three major reasons why Escents is increasing our existing commitment for a greener world:
- we believe that being eco-friendly is critical to future generations
- we desire to be socially responsible in support of the communities we live in
- our customers value and protect the earth around them
Escents is well on its way to becoming more intentional as an earth-friendly, cruelty-free company which makes premium products that define moods. Currently, Escents products are:
- phosphate free
- biodegradable
- cruelty free
- free from synthetic dyes
- petroleum free
- paraben free
- safe to use for anyone - babies, children and adults
- all products contain essential oils
Our Naturals Collection is all of the above and even more - products in the Naturals Collection contain no sulfates and use 100% organic essential oils.
We will be sharing more information about our green activities as further plans are developed.
Escents Earth, in Partnership with the David Suzuki Foundation
We are excited to launch this project through our Escents Earth initiative, and to kick it off we are partnering with the David Suzuki Foundation. Since 1990, the David Suzuki Foundation has worked to encourage ways for society to live in balance with the natural world that sustains us. The Foundation uses science and education to promote solutions that conserve nature, with the goal of helping to achieve sustainability within a generation.
