If you would like to place an order to ship to an international destination (outside of North America), please call 1-800-964-1150 or e-mail and leave a detailed message of what you would like to purchase. We will provide a shipping quote as promptly as possible, as international shipping costs are calculated by weight. This includes Hawaii and Alaska. If you are ordering from either of these two states, shipping must be calculated based on the weight of your order and will not qualify for free shipping.
All purchases are shipped from our
warehouse in Vancouver, BC, Canada, by Canada Post, to arrive within 1-9 business days from receipt of your order. For an additional
charge, we can expedite delivery to most destinations in North America
excluding Hawaii and Alaska in 2 - 5 business days.

Unfortunately, not all delivery methods are available to all areas
for any reason, Canada Post sends the shipment back to the Escents
warehouse after numerous failed delivery attempts, re-shipping the
package will be at the expense of the customer.
States customers are responsible for all import duties levied by US
Customs and International customers are responsible for all import
duties levied by US and respectable countries customs.

address', we do not ship to military bases in the United States.
