At this time of year, we're taking a moment to rest a little after a hectic holiday season, and giving big thanks for YOU, our loyal customers and fans, who have inspired us as we grew. You supported us as we introduced some new products, entusiastlically jumped in as we asked you to try new scents, and added products to exisiting lines.
We opened three new locations this year: Vancouver stores on Main Street and West 4th Ave (which opened its doors just weeks before Christmas!) and our kiosk in Coquitlam Centre. We continued to expand into Taiwan and across Canada youll be seeing us on Air Canada starting in 2012.
Our Escents Family suffered a major loss earlier this fall when our beloved District Manager passed away very suddenly. Jessica Leavitt was in integral part of our team, and we honour her memory and her wishes that we Make it a great day with every step we take.
We know you have other options when it comes to your bath, body and skin care needs, so we are particularly glad to have you with us as we move into our big celebration year; 2012 marks 20 years since we opened our first store!
