Aromatherapy Using Essential Oils for Allergies/Hay Fever
Many allergens such as dust or pollen are airborne particles, and in most cases symptoms arise in areas in contact with air, such as eyes, nose and lungs. A very common type of allergy is Hay Fever. Some symptoms that you would expect are irritations of the nose, coughing & sneezing, and itching and redness of the eyes. The best way to avoid allergies is to steer clear of the allergens in the first place but this is not always possible. Essential oils can help deal with mild symptoms.
