Aromatherapy Using Essential Oils for Stress & Anxiety


Essential oils and aromatherapy are widely used for stress and anxiety. Stress and anxiety can result in a wide variety of both physical and mental consequences that can negatively impact your health and well-being, so it's a good idea to develop a consistent strategy of stress management. Below are a number of ways aromatherapy using essential oils can be incorporated into your stress management regimen.

Essential Oil Air Therapy for Stress & Anxiety


Essential oils can have powerful and immediate effects on stress and anxiety. The fastest way to experience the healing benefits of essential oils is through inhalation. All of the following essential oils are good choices for reducing stress and anxiety: bergamot, cedarwood, clary sage, cypress, frankincense, jasmine, lavender, lemon, lemongrass, mandarin, neroli, orange, patchouli, peppermint, pine, rosemarygeraniumsandalwood, rosewood, and ylang ylang. Essential Oil Bath & Body Care for Stress & Anxiety


Taking time-outs to pamper yourself is a good way to reduce stress and anxiety, especially if you combine these time-outs with the use of the right essential oils.
