Stop Snoring Blend

This blend is designed to substantially reduce snoring by reducing the tension and stiffness of the throat muscles, thinning out mucous and by lubricating the tissues in the mouth and throat.

Snoring BlendRecipe:
Unscented Roll-On
25 drops geranium essential oil
25 drops lavender essential oil
25 drops marjoram essential oil
8 drops eucalyptus essential oil

Make up and add 30 drops to the Roll-On. Apply to neck, temples and chest before sleep.
