Aromatherapy is widely known as a natural way to relax both mind and body. Essential oils, when absorbed topically or inhaled, target the limbic system of the brain. This area is connected to memory, blood circulation but most importantly, the endocrine system which regulates hormones in the body. Essential oils can trigger many systems in our body to 'slow down' and reduce free-radical forming anxiety.
