Aromatherapy can be an effective way of relieving the
discomforts that come with pregnancy. It can help keep you relaxed, soothe

pregnancy, see below for a list.
Sleep:One of the main complaints of being

Stretch Marks: The abdomen and breasts increase in size quickly
during pregnancy and childbirth often resulting in stretch marks. Once they form,
