Morning Sickness Spray

This spray will keep you stress free and help with nausea and morning sickness common in pregnancy.

Recipe:
40 drops lavender essential oil
30 drops grapefruit essential oil
10 drops lemon essential oil

Simply add the essential oils in the amounts listed above, to a 125ml spray bottle filled with distilled water, shake softly to combine.
