Our herbal eye pillow contains lavender, peppermint, chamomile and essential oil of geranium, combined with natural grains. The herbal scents that emanate from the wrap ease stress and soothes headaches. Heat your herbal eye pillow in the microwave or cool in the freezer. All our Warm Buddy herbal heat packs are the highest quality and longest heat holding packs and wraps available and are proudly made in North America.

Add a few drops of essential oil to the pack after heating. Peppermint is great for headaches. while Lavender is amazing for relaxation! Or try our Headache Relief Essential Oil Blend.

Directions: Place the pack in a microwave for the prescribed time (heating instructions come attached to every Warm Buddy product). Heating times will vary with the power of the microwave. Products are to be heated on HIGH. The heat packs should reach room temperature before re-heating. For use in an oven, wrap the pack in aluminum foil and heat approximately 30 minutes at 200 degrees fahrenheit.
