Hemorrhoids / Varicose Veins Essential Oil Treatment

Try this simple essential oil recipe for a natural way to help prevent and treat hemorrhoids and varicose veins. Hemorrhoids and varicose veins are both caused by dilated veins so their treatment and care are the same. The geranium essential oil encourages the circulation of blood while, lemon oil helps reduce inflammation and cypress oil has an astringent affect on the whole venous system.

Recipe
Blend together and rub into in affected areas (external areas only) or add 30ml of the blend (if blended with carrier oil) to your bath water and soak for 15 - 20 minutes.
