We've been busy here at Escents!
Last weekend we were proud to be a part of the EP!C Sustainable Living Expo this past weekend in Vancouver. Our staff was on hand to distribute lotion samples and Aromatherapy Cleansing Towelettes and share information about our company, our practices and philosophies. Here's some photos of the weekend:
- Our District Manager, Christy, setting up with style
- Lisa (Willowbrook), Christy and Katrina (Coquitlam) taking a set-up break
- Four of our lovely managers hard at work on Friday (L toR: Katrina from Coquitlam, Lisa from Willowbrook, Nina from Park Royal, and Leigh from Richmond)
- Our booth was a bustle of activity!
What else are we up to? We're hard at work getting our new Vancouver location on Main Street up and running for June - stay tuned for information about our Grand Opening and all sort of exciting things that will go along with that.
I am also heading out of town with some members of our Product Development team to visit Turkey. We'll be touring about the countryside and visiting gardens that provide us with some of our essential oils. We're going with our Taiwanese partners, so while it will be extremely interesting and I am the envy of our head office, I am also conscious that my poor translators will be working overtime to ensure I understand exactly what's being said. I will be sending reports back during our trip, so look for my travel antics here!
We're thrilled to be working on all of our exciting projects and we're very appreciative of all your support as we continue to expand.
The last piece of exciting news is the change in the weather here in Vancouver. I am finally putting away my clunky winter boots and opting for lighter, more summery items. It's a refreshing way to coast into a long weekend. How are you planning to spend Victoria Day?
