Aromatherapy Using Essential Oils for Depression
Everyone suffers from depression once in awhile, whether it's from stress, life situations, or biological reasons. Aromatherapy can help temper depression emotions, using essential oils that have anti-depressant and/or emotional balancing properties. Below are some ways of
using essential oils to help with depression.
Essential Oils & Air Therapy for Depression
A number of essential oils are considered effective anti-depressants, including: neroli, bergamot, sweet orange, grapefruit, geranium, clary sage, tea tree, rose, jasmine, ylang ylang, lavender, and spruce. A few of our essential oil blends combine some of these oils, making effective choices for managing depression, including: Stress Relief, Love, Rejuvenating, Lavender Meadow, Cheer, Blue Water, Verve, and Wild Gardenia. Using any of these in an aromatherapy diffuser is a good way to help when you're feeling depressed.

especially if you combine this time-outs with the use of the right
