Bring a sense of lightness and ease into the delivery room with this essential oil mist recipe.
Recipe
Unscented Spray Mist
or 125ml of distilled water
10 drops –
bergamot oil
10 drops –
jasmine absolute oil
10 drops –
rosewood oil
Mist into air or onto bed sheets in the delivery room.
