Warm Buddy Herbal Heat Pack

This herbal body and back heat pad containing milled rice and lavender flowers soothes tired muscles to help you relax deeply. It's also great to ease aches & pains and soothe nasty coughs when you have a cold or flu. It can be used both hot and cold in combination with our pure essential oils or signature essential oil blends. This heat pad will hold heat for an hour or longer and are great alternative to water bottles. All our Warm Buddy herbal heat packs are the highest quality and longest heat holding packs and wraps available and are proudly made in North America.

Heat pad is 10"x20" and has a washable cover. *Colours may vary from that pictured.

Add a few drops of essential oil to the pack after heating. Lavender is amazing for relaxation! Eucalyptus and our Respiration Essential Oil Blend are both great for a cold and flu.

Directions: Place the pack in a microwave for the prescribed time (heating instructions come attached to every Warm Buddy product). Heating times will vary with the power of the microwave. Products are to be heated on HIGH. The heat packs should reach room temperature before re-heating. For use in an oven, wrap the pack in aluminum foil and heat approximately 30 minutes at 200 degrees fahrenheit.
