Place the pack in a microwave for the prescribed time (heating instructions come attached to every Warm Buddy product). Heating times will vary with the power of the microwave. Products are to be heated on HIGH. The heat packs should reach room temperature before re-heating. For use in an oven, wrap the pack in aluminum foil and heat approximately 30 minutes at 200 degrees fahrenheit.
Add a few drops of essential oil to the pack after heating. Lavender is amazing for relaxation! Eucalyptus and our Respiration Essential Oil Blend are both great for a cold and flu.
