Appetite Suppressant Diffuser Blend

Create this essential oil blend to use in an aromatherapy diffuser to help staunch cravings.

Recipe
40 drops – Mandarin Oil
12 drops – Peppermint Oil
12 drops – Ginger Oil
20 drops – Lemon Oil

Blend to together in an amber bottle. Makes approximately 5ml.
