Use this recipe to create a roll-on that you can use on the go to help minimize feelings of depression.
Recipe: 24 drops – Bergamot (free)
9 drops – Geranium
3 drops – Jasmine (100% pure)
21 drops – Lavender
3 drops – Nutmeg
or Cinnamon 3 drops – Rose (100 % pure)
Blend all the above ingredients into our unscented roll-on. Roll on to neck, wrists, chest as needed.
