Anger Management Aromatherapy with Essential Oils Essential oils can do a lot in controlling anger. With their calming and soothing effects, essential oils reduce everyday anger and make you peaceful and at home with yourself. It is not, however, a complete solution for anger management. You must take actions to keep stress levels under control and to learn to keep things in perspective. Below are a few ways essential oils to help with anger management.
