Several species of evergreen conifer trees are used to produce this pleasant, balsamic, sweet, evergreen-scented essential oil. Spruce has a pleasing 'green forest' scent that is both calming and elevating, is often added to other pine or fir oils in air fresheners, disinfectants, detergents and soaps. It helps support the respiratory, nervous and glandular systems. Spruce Essential Oil's aromatic influences help to open and release emotional blocks, bringing about a feeling of balance.
